Hi there, Douglas here. I am very disappointed about the autor who wrote this book, this heretical book. Come on! This book is no wise helpful. Oh common Doug, it is just a fictional book. Yes, you are right it is fiction but heresy abounds. My former paster said, You gotta take the Bible in 1 hand and the other book in another hand, and that this book is no theological treatice on the Trinity/ Well, ok it is not a treatice on the trinity, but this I do not agree with as far as introducing peopl who would otherwise not come to church. Noone seeks God, so stop being seeker sensitive and start preach the Gospel with a hard core Mentality. Start going out to the streets and pass tracts out. If you want to see your loved ones saved, give them a Bible. A MaCarthor Study Bilbe, and also the NLT, it is a paraphrase not a translation, as well as The Message. Now, I will use the NLT as more of a commentary, because of the way you cvan clearly understand what you are Reading. There are betterr commentaries, andn1 of them is The MacCarthor Bible Commentary. Folks, what are you doing for Him today. As we go thru this week and into Christmas, Remeber who we celebrate. Try passing out 1 tract a day. I do and I try to passmore out if possible. Hi, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. That is Right, We here at IDOF Ministeries celebrate Christmas. Alot is going on in the world. The Gay( CONFUSED) Community is fighting our countries stance on issues we as Christians, then Americans MUST needs Stand for what we believe is Right. Now, Yes Jesus Loves the sinner, not the sin. That is why we are wrethed sinners before our Conversion to Christianity which is a Relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.

I now go to Felowship Bible Churchin Chester,NH. Great church. I ade the switch due to some Theological convictions.

The Shack; This book although not a theological ordeal on the Trinity is very Heretical. Common people, an old back lady as The Father and vice versa. This book although may help loved ones get interested in the faith, which this book is misleading anyways. Pastors, Please educate your congregation and give them books that are worth reading: John Piper wrote a fantastic book called: Don't Waiste Your Life.
This book rocks, sorry Rick Warren, this book has more depth and more theologically sound. .

Well, so I had an ok summer, and I was not active at work, but you know, God has His plans for us. I was able to sudy God's Word. This was a time of refreshing, but now, I am also inrigued in what He has been doing at Raymond Baptist Church, ie my home church. This fall we will be heading into a good series, and yes, here at RBC, we also did some construction. move down the walls, so that He will bring em in. Not Much Preraching of Hell.

Why??? I will tell you why. I believe firmly that most, not all, have this so called " Easy Believism" gospel of which is no gospel anyhow. Well, I firmly believe that it is iime to shut the tv off and read up on your Jonathan Edwards or Spurgeon. Now, I don't want to be to hell Fire and Brimstone, but you do want to preach what hell is like, as to warn them of their pending doom.
Oh, and another thing, Please pastors, Step up to the plate and encourage Door to door visitation. Why? If the JW's do it with their so called truth, or that of the mormons, why are they who are as zealous to go out and nock on doors. They may have zeal, byt NO TRUTH. Let this be something to think about. I am not saying that method is the only way to reach people, b ut we who have the TRUTH, what are we doing on our buts at home? If you live in the Raymond, NH. area, come out and talk with the teens or let us go to Exeter. I am praying for a Great Awakining 2. Let us who are Truly saved, start reclaiming New England for Christ.

Isn't it Interesteing::

I was reading in my daily reading about what God was wanting the Israelites to not do when they came into another land. They were not aloud to seek the soothsayers or mediums to get their future events known to them, but that those who practice them or even use these things are very detestable to Him. Are you, being a Christian seeking these people or are you relying on Him. Besides, we know, if we read in the Revalations, We Win. Let us look to Him and not to spiritualist for the answers.
